Union Council

Union Council meets 5 to 6 times a year and is made up of the Full-Time and Part-Time Officers/Chairs. They meet to discuss the direction of the Union and to feedback on their activities and campaigns with/for students. They'll be dicussing key areas of the student experience as well as voting on motions to mandate the Union to make changes.

Sports Federation Forum

Sports Federation Forum meets every month and is a chance for Sports Club members and commitee members to discuss key issues and share ideas on the needs and wants of Sports Clubs at South Bank.

Societies Guild Forum meets every month and is a chance for Society members and commitee members to discuss key issues and share ideas on the needs and wants of Societies at South Bank.

Course Rep Forum

Course Rep Forum meets 5 to 6 times a year and is an opportunity for the hundreds of Course Reps at South Bank to come together to discuss key issues around the student experience and share ideas.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM is the place where students are presented with, and are responsible for, passing the Students’ Union’s Annual Report and it's a great opportunity to directly engage with the Students' Union
