London South Bank Students’ Union aims to be 'the proud home of our students' and to offer help and support to them throughout their time at LSBU. Students are at the forefront of what we do, and to help with that we employ "Career" and "Student" staff to bring a mix of talents, expertise and knowledge to the organisation.

Career staff in Students' Union are the back bone to a Students' Union's delivery, they develop programmes campaigns and activities, that support students to make changes, ensuring Higher Education is a place where everyone can succeed.

The Union offers a pension scheme with a generous 6% matched employer contribution
Leave entitlement includes 26.5 days holiday + 8 Public Bank holidays + additional Union & University closure days.
- 35.00 This post may be required on occasion to work more that 35 hours week. If this is the case you may be entitled to time off in lieu. Evening, weekend and overnight working may on occasion be necessary.
