Career staff in Students' Union are the back bone to a Students' Union's delivery, they develop programmes campaigns and activities, that support students to make changes, ensuring Higher Education is a place where everyone can succeed.

As an employer, we want to ensure staff feel well supported, cared for and rewarded, we do this in a number ways:

We're a great place to workand we're not just saying that - we're genuinely really proud of our working environment, we achieve a lot (we're record breaking), but we also have a supportive and relaxed style; we find it helps us achieve great results. But don't just take our word for it, feel free to come and see us, we like people making informed decisions, we'll even make you a cup of tea too.

It's a great environment, we're based in a beautiful newly refurbished space in the heart of London, minutes from the River Thames, Shard and The South Bank Centre. London is on your doorstep, and with both London Bridge & Waterloo Stations within a stone's throw, your commute to and from work will be a breeze.

The benefits package for Career staff: As a career employee you not only get a generous salary, access to specialist industry training and development, and a great benefits package including generous holiday entitlements, pension, and great salary sacrifice schemes - we'll also throw in an NUS card so you can tap into all the discounts students can too.
