Project Management tools and techniques (Enterprise)

Tuesday 19 February 2019, 5pm - 7:30pm - K305

Tuesday 19 February 2019

Project management techniques can help freelancers and small businesses achieve their goals on time and within budget, despite having fewer resources than larger businesses.

This interactive workshop, delivered by the Advisors of the Business Solutions Centre, will introduce you to key project management tools and skills you can use to ensure the success of your projects. Learn how to set up a project, how to manage each of its stages including scope and change management, and how to measure results with a framework that can be adapted to any project, regardless of the size or industry of your business.

The workshop will be followed by a 1-2-1 “speed consultancy” session, where the Business Solutions Advisors will provide you with personalised help and business tips.
