BUKC Test Day Buckmore Park Kart Track
Sunday 27 January 2019, 7am - 6pm - Buckmore Park Kart Circuit
Sunday 27 January 2019
Want to see what all the fuss about karting is? Why not come to one of the BUKC (British Universities Karting Championship) test days and try a CLUB100 Rotax Evo kart and get first hands on experience of what real motorsport racing is.
Each driver wanting to race in the BUKC must attend one of the test days to be eligible to compete in the BUKC. At the test session every driver will be evaluated on track to see if they are both quick and safe enough to compete in the BUKC safely, if they are the driver will receive a virtual BUKC license. This means the driver will be eligible to race in the BUKC championship for that season. If a driver is not awarded a BUKC license they will be encouraged to attend one of the other test days to try and achieve a BUKC license.
If a driver does not achieve their BUKC license during one of the test days or are unable to attend either of the test days, drivers are eligible to enter in one of the races in the Rookie Series and obtain their BUKC license that way, at any point during the BUKC season.
